1.What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any information about our customers with third parties, with the exception of information required to process orders. We do not send SPAM email, but we do send emails to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.

2.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

We can print any motive according to customer design.

3.How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: 

 * Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)

 * Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price 

 * Delivery time required 

 * Freight payment ( by collect or prepay ) 

 * Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

4.How could I get samples?

We are happy to supply free samples and passionate about finding the right product for your specific needs.

5.Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes, we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

6.How can the products be sent to us?

Small quantities, or orders that weight less than 20 kg, are usually sent by courier. Orders from 20 to 500 kg can be sent by air. 

Big quantities or volume are usually sent by ocean container.

7.What is payment we accept?

Wire transfer to our company bank account and L/C after order confirmation.

8.We just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

We take pride in your order no matter how big or small. We can cater to small businesses, private events and more. We will be more than happy to assist you.
